> emerged from an idea to collapse the six binary time
columns, rotating each of them 90° counterclockwise and
linking them into a single row..when the fan is off, the time
can be read on the left feather, while the other one, with the
mirrored LED order, serves to enhance the tracer effect when
the fan is on. the LED lights switch 'on' or 'off' according to
the column retained order. the LED row in motion creates a
group of cyclic tracers which according to their different
diameters and the distances inbetween show the binary time.
surely, an overkill and too complicated for daily use, but it could
maybe serve as a part of something more compound and useful.
